Bild1.jpgHello! My name is Julija. I am from Riga. I study project management in master program at University of Latvia. I work in a big international company that realizes lots of business projects and I used to be involved in different activities of their scope, so that it could be a contribution to this program. I expect that it would be great to share in international experience. I look forward to meet interesting people and have fun in learning and comunication.
I would like to keep contacts with people participated in project week and open for further cooperation in sharing ideas, experience, study materials, so if someone has the same interests, please be free to write me emails (

Summary/Suggestions /Comments for further improvements
International Project Week ‘2009 was well structured and paced. Teachers’ presentation skills were variant in approaches because of speakers’ different background and experience but overall were clear and at a good level. Teachers manage the group effectively and interact with participants actively. All subjects were covered adequately but sometimes, it was not so easy to meet case study requirements because of short duration.
From this Project Week I have gained new ideas on how to make interesting presentations in a simple visual manner. I have improved my communication and cooperation skills, as well as English language.
Finally, the workshop content is also relevant to my work. This training (group works) will help me in further planning of daily tasks and delegation of responsibilities.

My suggestions for the next project week are: 1) to start communication between participants prior to their arrival for the workshop (chats); 2) to include topics on business sectors (questionnaire); 3) develop motivation program to make participants more enthusiastic and interested.
